Okay. That's about it...just ok. Move on to a better choice

Nice “middle of the road” peat throughout. Great intro to peated whisky

Nose is very wood/oak forward with a hint of toffee. Taste comes in oaky and maintains it all the way through with maybe a hint of caramel or toffee. It has some peat on the back end but not as peat forward as some others. Enjoyable but the wood on the taste is slightly overpowering to me.

Much smoother than I thought it would be. Clean with a kiss of smoke. Lots of spice at first but tails off into a rather smooth finish.
