Branch & Barrel Flagship Bourbon

Peppery.

Deep vanilla aroma. Light balanced flavor of vanilla and spice. Medium richness, fairly quick tail. I like the flavors but it doesn't have too much depth.

Tasted as part of a #WhiskiesOfTheWorld sample box. A sweet enjoyable dram with lots of candy flavors: caramel, red licorice (Twizzlers) and mint on the nose and palate. A bit more black licorice on the finish.

Caramel and wheat in the nose. Slightly oily mouthfeel, taste is similar to smell with a note of bitterness in the finish.

Caramel and wheaty on the nose. Palette is oily and floral with a hint of sweetness. Finish is woody and bitter. Nice and smooth.
