Very sweet and lacks a whisky flavor

Cognac barrels, sweet, a little Smokey after

Almost like a strawberry rhubarb pie; sweet fruit notes with a hint of bitterness on the palate. A very unique single malt.

Nose: honey. banana cream, Benadryl grape cold tablets. Heavy sugar Taste: same as nose with a dense burnt caramel flavor. You can't really taste the oak. Time brings out some orange and apricot. Very interesting and different

This whiskey is a fantastic desert pairing. Try it with a Creme Brulee desert to really appreciate a one-of-a-kind French desert experience.

On the nose, fruitiness like grapes and green apple. Throughout the palate and finish, there is both dry oakiness and bubblegum, with a finish of banana and caramel.
