Tasting Notes
"On the nose you'll find a mix of gentle vanilla, cooked apples, berry fruit, toasted malt and a touch of grass. The whisky is tangy and moderately full on the palate with more of these notes found on the taste. There's a deep barley note in the mid-palate and a peppery bite towards the end. The barrel spices are warming and not too tannic. The finish leaves you with a cooked fruit, gentle barrel spices and a light toasted nutty taste. There's just a gentle char smoke there as well. "
