Tasting Notes
"A faint woodiness sets the backdrop for a strong aroma of chemically tropical sweetness mixed with a hint of lemon. The palate is more reminiscent of certain styles of baijus than Scotch whiskies, rather astringent, with more curaçao-like orange flavor coming through than the pineapple, followed by sweet vanilla and hint of florals. The whisky takes a firm grip on the flavor profile toward the finish, as though fighting for its billing. However, the slightly chemical sweetness seems to be winning the tussle. "
