This NAS whisky was released as part of the Classic Collection released to the U.S. market. “Vinaya” is a Sanskrit word meaning “respect” and “gratitude” and pays homage to the original founders and the distillery’s heritage.
It is the second NAS single malt in the portfolio. It is matured in a combination of first-fill ex-bourbon and first-fill ex-sherry casks. It is bottled at 46.7% ABV and available as of November, 2021.

Tasting Notes
"The aroma of this whisky is like opening a fancy fruit basket (or a picnic on a warm spring day), with a mix of golden apples, pears, wildflower honey and buttery shortbread. On the palate, a concentrated flavor of vanilla meets more ripe orchard fruits, marzipan and a tinge of fresh meadow flowers. The overall effect is very bright, with a long, sweet and slightly earthy finish and creamy, rich texture. "
