Bulleit 12 Year Rye (2019 Release)

The first impression is green apple on the smell the taste is a bit spicy at the beginning little bit of caramel notes on the back end it’s a easy rye to be sipping on

Very straightforward rye, no surprises, but a smoother finish than most ryes in this proof and price. Sips well neat, but would be great in a Manhattan. Great pickup to share and taste

I've always liked Bulleit Rye, even though some don't like the MGP origin, I find it an enjoyable rye thats easy on the wallet. That being said, when I was basically across the river from where this was born and saw the 12 year label, it was a no brainer for me. A nice smooth neat taste. Leather, carmel, peppery notes. Very nice, did not disappoint I believe it was $50-ish a 5th...had a different label than the others. Definitely recommend
