I think the pro tasting is spot on. For less than 27 usd this is a must buy for any whiskey collection. Absolutely love the drink ability of this. It’s NOT a boring bourbon, get a bottle let it breath a month or so and damn does it come alive. The single barrel is even better. Hell yea. Though it’s twice the price, if you can afford it buy it also.

Thin, spicy, middle drops out completely.

Smoothe with honeyed flavors

This has a burn, but it is slow and the flavor is good afterwards. Not my favorite but could be a top contender!

Surprisingly good as a sipping bourbon, especially when it is associated with mixing in drinks like an Old Fashion. The predominant hit on the pallet is one of spice, which is why I like it.
