Bunratty Irish Potcheen

An intense, Irish Whiskey / Poitin by the Bunratty Fine Drinks Distillery in County Clare distilled from Barley & is not aged, consequently it produces a very distinct & overpowering smell. It has an intense birth with notes of raw sugar, black licorice, candied citrus, hints of honey & raspberry; while a warm life adds hints of melon, honey sweetness & warm earth; that led to a bittersweet death of medium length with unique dryness, along with hints of grass, creamy vanilla & toasted walnut.
