"With notes of cotton candy and caramel, the aroma of Burnside bourbon suggests a whiskey on the sweeter side. This is confirmed upon sipping; despite a bit of heat from its relatively high proof, this a fairly sweet bourbon. Experienced drinkers may look for a little more complexity, but it makes for an approachable entry to the category."
