The Oregon Oaked Bourbon takes their traditional Burnside Bourbon and continues aging for an additional 60 days in heavily-charred, new 59-gallon Oregon oak barrels. .

Tasting Notes
"With wisps of apricot on the nose the Oregon Oaked Bourbon is amazingly approachable. Ripe orchard fruits and a high mineral content compliment this whiskey’s natural vanilla tendencies. A mildly sweet mid-palate with gentle tannic structure gives itself over to a toffee and slate finish. This is perfect for crafting Sazeracs and Manhattans at home or for pairing with charcuterie and sharp cheeses."
