Flaviar advent calendar day #22 Nose: banana, honey, cereal. Vanilla, apples and strong pear. Very fruit forward Palate: the fruitiness continues strongly. Honeyed pear, malt, slight cinnamon and oak. Vanilla. Crisp apple. There's a honey/floral element here too that is light and I cannot quite put my finger on it. Finish: light caramel, apple, light tannins a hint of spice

At first taste we liked it, but it has a bitterness that is unpleasant

n light alchohol scent followed by a slight honey scent and finally a clear apple scent p soft, light sweetness that lingers in your mouth f the finish is not long and there is a slightly bitter taste behonf the sweet scent. after a while, you will feel a light honey flavor that is not heavy in your mouth.

Really interesting. Soft in the body, with a rounded sharpness, with some honeyed sweetness and banana notes. Fascinating.
