In 1988, Ailton Fernandes decided to found Cachaça Meia Lua e Lua Azul, on the Meia Lua farm, in Salinas, in the North of Minas Gerais. At the end of 2019, it was renamed Meia Lua Destilaria, a very ambitious project derived from the incorporation of the Premissa and Unna brands. Today, the distillery stands out with top-notch products. Success was the result of hard work and effort in the search for the best quality. Cachaça Meia Lua Bálsamo 1000ml is a drink aged for a year and a half in balsam barrels, typically Brazilian wood. Light, has an alcohol content of 40%. It presents a balanced aroma and flavor with notes of spices. It goes very well with red meat. It can be enjoyed pure or in the preparation of drinks and cocktails. Source: Cachaçaria Nacional.
