CACHAÇA MIL MONTES SUPER BRUTA

With the drastic changes in the climate, where periods of drought and rain have become unstable, Destom has put together a strategy using sugar cane as an energy reserve in the event of extended dry periods. This made it possible to increase the number of animals per unit of pasture area. From there, it was a quick leap to set up the distillery and close the sustainability cycle on the farm in Faria Lemos, Minas Gerais, in this consortium between beef cattle, sugarcane and cachaça. The producers started the project in 2014, with a high-tech model distillery. Cachaça 1000 Montes Super Bruta 700ml is a drink stored in stainless steel barrels. Robust, it has an alcohol content of 48%, which brings power at the beginning and, at the same time, smoothness and sweetness at the end of the tasting. Source: Cachaçaria Nacional.
