Despite being an industrial drink, this producer's line is different. Cachaça Ypióca 5 Chaves is a blend of cachaças aged in oak and chestnut barrels. Its name "Five keys" refers to the secrets of production: 1) care with fermentation; 2) correct time for aging; 3) talent in creation; 4) sugarcane quality; 5) precision in distillation. The mixture of these 5 factors makes this cachaça have quality, mixing its spicy fruity flavor with different aromas. The story goes that in 1846 the first liter of Ypióca cachaça was distilled in Ceará, since then its production has never stopped growing, even in difficult years Ypióca resisted and reemerged with even more strength.
