Reviewed July 17, 2026A delicate, Agave Spirt by Nom1424 from Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico crafted with Weber Azul Agave that is cooked in stone/brick ovens; fermented in stainless steel tanks; double distilled in Stainless Pot Still that has a Copper Coil; aged a minimum of 1 year in ex-Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey barrels before bottling at 40% ABV. It has a delicate birth with notes of cooked agave, citrus, red fruit, wood, herbs & spices; while a smooth life adds notes of lemon, cherry & cider; that leads to a quick & balanced death with notes of Agave nectar, black pepper, smoky oak, vanilla, creamy caramel, honey & sweet chocolate. -

Reviewed July 13, 2026A balanced, Añejo Tequila by Nom1472 in Jalisco, Mexico triple distilled & aged for a minimum of 1 year in American oak barrels that used to give shelter to Bourbon. It has a delicate birth with notes of dark chocolate & cherry tobacco; while a sweet life adds notes of vanilla & fruit; that led to a long & smooth death with a hint of agave, caramel & smoke. -
