Tasting Notes
"Blood orange, orange blossom, grapefruit zest, mint and cooked green peppers set up the nose. The palate is slightly more floral, with notes of hibiscus rosehips and ginger adding to the mix, which has the earthiness of a rooibos tea. More of that blood orange, green pepper and a mix of peppery and sweet spices come in on the mid palate to carry onto the spicy, earthy and mildly floral finish. It's quite good sipped neat, and it would be good with a splash of tonic, or even as a spritz with an aperitvo added to play off the sweet and floral aromatics. Or perhaps a blood orange Margarita? "
