Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
Tasting Notes
"A refreshingly springy nose of freshly cut grass, honeysuckle and orange blossom wafts out of the glass. The palate is more citrusy and less floral, with notes of orange, grapefruit and lime zest mixed with roasted agave. The finish is long and somewhat chocolatey with a mineral freshness, hint of mint and mild heat. It's almost a shame to mix this tequila with anything as it's quite good sipped neat. "
