Calumet Farm 15 Year Single Rack Black Bourbon

Opened this two months ago and had some again today. It’s fantastic, I also had a small pour from the Cal 16 and over time the 15 may be a bit better.

Some heat at the beginning. Had with one cube and as time went on it mellowed out and became sweeter and fruity flavors came out. Decently long finish but not crazy. Needs a cube to bring out the flavor and get through the heat.
