This 16 year-old Kentucky straight bourbon is made from a selection of barrels (19 barrels in the batch) from the "center cut rack" of the rickhouse. The bourbon was made from a mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley.
Distilled and aged in Bardstown, Kentucky, it's bottled by Three Springs Bottling Co. in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
