Every Italian family should have a bottle in their house. Every Negroni lover already has 5 bottles. This Liqueur is an acquired taste but once your pallet has matured you will see it as a divine gift from the heavens.

The bitter/tartness is distinct.

First tasting of the evening. 4/5 bottle. With Schweppes cocktail. Taste of tart pomegranate juice. Slight unpleasant bitterness aftertaste.

Fourth tasting of the evening. 4/5 bottle. Not a rich, incomprehensible aroma: some bitter pharmaceutical herbs. Bad balance of flavor. Unpleasantly bitter and sticky. Disgusting taste. Difficult to drink.
