A necessity. The most bitter and I've found in the price range. Make the perfect negroni. If someone has found something with more bite please let me know.
I don’t know what quinine smells like, but I’m guessing it’s part of this that I just can’t describe. The aroma is incredibly distinct; fruity, citrusy, bitter, floral. Quite sweet and floral with a long bitter finish. It’s delicious; a bit sweet for drinking neat, but fortunately there are plenty of other uses.
