Tasting Notes
"Campo de Encanto is an elegant and fragrant Peruvian pisco. The aroma brings to mind flowers, stone fruit, and apricots. Delightfully soft on the palate, it is floral, fruity, and multi-layered, and a ready complement to citrus and spice in cocktails. It's rare to find an unaged spirit that is this complex yet this smooth and approachable."
