DISTILLED IN CANADA AND AGED IN BARRELS FOR AT LEAST THREE YEARS; OFTEN (BUT NOT ALWAYS) CANADIAN WHISKIES ARE BLENDS OF CORN, BARLEY, AND RYE WHISKIES WHICH WERE DISTILLED AND MATURED SEPARATELY. TRADITIONALLY, CANADIAN WHISKEY IS CALLED “RYE”, ALTHOUGH NO MINIMUM PERCENTAGE OF RYE-GRAIN WHISKY IS REQUIRED IN A BLEND.

Tasting Notes

"A salvo of everything maple slams the sweet nose. Toffee sugar, toasted campfire marshmallows and coffee caramels setup a creamy texture that’s not at all syrupy. Cereal grains calm the nose’s sweetness as the younger grain characteristics are amplified on the palate. Barrel flavors such as oak and vanilla are muted. Berries and some dried fruits lead into a concise to-the-point finish."
