Tasting Notes
"The finishing barrels make their presence known from the beginning with honey, dates, and warm spices on the aroma. It's soft and has an average weight on the palate (maybe a little watery) with the sweet honey appearing as well. But there are also some hearty grain notes which help to tame that down a bit. The mid-palate could be a bit more dynamic, but the finishing barrels are fun to experience with an American bourbon. Serve on a big rock or make an Old Fashioned."
