The agave is cooked by autoclave and extracted via roller mill, fermented in stainless steel tanks without fibers, and twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills.

It is rested for at least 7 months in a combination of ex-cognac and ex-bourbon barrels.

Tequila ReposadoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged from 2 months up to a year in barrels no larger than 20,000 L. Any type of wood is acceptable, although ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Reposado translates to "rested".
