A crisp, Agave Spirit by NOM 1554 with notes of cooked agave, earth, wood, fruits, herbs & spices; while a complex life adds notes of citrus, celery, anise & thyme; that led to an herbal death of medium length with notes of pepper, oak, honey, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, leather, smoke & sea spray.
