Elegant and funky. My initial nose blurted out "sushi and band aids" to my friends enjoyment. The smoke lurks with mystery and is punctured by a limeyness. A scotch worthy of a blazer and tie.

Very earthy, with nice peat notes. Reminds me of Lagavulin, but maybe a bit less on flavor. I get more spice oak notes rather than dark rich fruits that you would expect. Having a rich body means it's not something I would take down in one gulp. This is definitely something you work yourself up to on your quest for palate levelling.
