Nose: apple pie with extra cinnamon, damp seaweed, light earthy peat moss, the early smoke of extra dry firewood, a hint of citrus Palate: thin oil, lighter mouthfeel, sweet apple, cinnamon, campfire smoke Finish: pepper, cinnamon, a touch of brine, lightly medicinal, smooth and creamy smoke lingers with hints of apple and ash

Vanilla and rye

One of the more bland islays

Nice nose, complex palate, quick-ish finish. Sweet at first, burn grows, continues to be sweet. Finish is sharp - a bit. Good one, if not too complicated. Long palate has a slight apple finish
