Tasting Notes

"The nose is a bit closed on first pass, but does open up to show more bacon and deeper smoked notes upon further tastes. Lemon peel and some moss is found as well. The spices are moderate and the finish shows a bitter earthy note. Peat is moderate. Even at this proof, would advise to try neat first. Water, if used, should be used sparingly. Nice for the price.
