Tasting Notes
"The nose is like seeded grain bread mixed if it were toasted in a spring meadow near a patch of honeysuckle. More of that grain toastiness coats the palate, though quince jam makes an appearance, along with subtle sweet spices and some faint herbal notes. A spark of heat hits the back of the throat in the finish, but that helps cut through the rich, honeyed sweetness. The finish is a tad shorter than expected, but still satisfying. "
