Caribou Crossing Single Barrel Canadian Whisky

Simply delicious and possibly the smoothest whiskey I’ve ever had.

Super light, yet complex. Made by Sazerac, the parent company of Buffalo Trace. You can taste the similarities, as well as see it in the packaging. Caribou Crossing, Buffalo Trace... hardly seems like a coincidence. Packaging is awesome too. I’d definitely pick it up if you see it.

Nose: Light with hints our malted grain Pallet: vanilla on the front that turns oakey on the rear. Finish: What I would say is a classic Canadian whiskey finish with a hint of heat. This was a store pick from the Wine Palace and they get a couple barrels a year. Will continue to get these when they come in for the nights that I just want something easy to sip on.
