Tasting Notes
"The tequila is a marriage of the agave herbaceous notes and the warm, toasted barrel spices coming through with the Mizunara oak. From the first nosing, you know you're about to drink a tequila, but the gentle cedar/incense-like note is a new sensation paired with an aged agave spirit—no vanilla, no smoke, and no whiskey flavors. The tequila is moderately full on the palate, and a touch sweet, but the spice factor comes in a bit stronger on the palate than the nose. The oak adds a soft tannic structure to the tequila, but the agave sweetness smooths out the rough edges. It's labeled correctly as a "sipping tequila" as you'll definitely want to take your time with this one."
