Casamigos Blanco Tequila

Not a tequila fan. But wasnt strong or rough on way down. A little too sweet though. Proably realy good mixed with grapefruit or lime.

Tasted neat. Minerals, saline, lime, and floral sweetness on the nose. Alkaline minerals then a huge floral vanilla burst that dominates the mouth. Mouthfeel is ok, but the flavors are sweet and one dimensional and slip away fast. But then, the finish--grassy flavors and tingling mint suddenly appears and builds and builds and coats and numbs the mouth. Strangest thing--from modest in the mouth to more interesting on the finish. A nice light tequila, clean and saline, but its all about the vanilla and mint. Dont get much/any roasted agave. Too expensive to mix.
