Tequila ReposadoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged from 2 months up to a year in barrels no larger than 20,000 L. Any type of wood is acceptable, although ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Reposado translates to "rested".

"The nose on this tequila is quite spicy in both the peppery and sweet baking spice sense—with notes of chili peppers, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. The palate is restrained for a reposado, with fresh agave flavors still peeking through along with mild vanilla and caramel. The finish is somewhat peppery with a fresh, honeyed sweetness. "
