Tasted after Cincoro and wow do you notice the amazing attributes of both. Casamigo is much thicker. Nice notes of vanilla, wheat and honey. A hint of tobacco goes in as well.
Beautiful. Soft vanilla character upfront, but enough vegetal agave bite to make it clear that you are drinking tequila. Finishes a touch harsher than I recall.
Way too sweet. I liked the Blanco better but now I'm not even sure I'd like that. Vanilla is overpowering. I made a margarita based on one the Casamigos website's recipes thinking it might be well formulated to the particulars of their spirit and had to pour it out because it was an oversweetened mess.
Garbage vanilla additives. People that like this might as well sip Vanilla Coke. It is not real tequila, it is made for gringos who love sugar. Same category as Don Julio 1942 and Clase Azul - all garbage tequila brands that fleece ignorant gringos. This is full of additives; yea, tequila can contain up to 1% additives by volume and not disclose it on the label. This stuff is disgusting and a disgrace to the name Tequila.
