An elegant, Single Estate Agave Spirit by NOM 1123 in Michoacán, Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico that is fermented with fibers in wood tanks, 2x distilled in Stainless Pot with Copper Coil before being bottled at 48% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of earth, agave, fruits, flowers, nuts, herbs & spices; while an herbal life adds notes of agave, lemon, watermelon, anise, basil, lemongrass, mint & oregano; that led to a long & warm death with notes of pepper, vanilla, jalapeno, olives. earl gray tea, roasted pecans, cinnamon, cardamom, & sea spray.
