Cascahuín Tahona Blanco
Cascahuín Tahona Blanco Tequila is made from 100% blue Weber agave at Cascahuín Distillery (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco. After cooking in brick ovens, the agaves are crushed using a traditional stone tahona, a slower process that gently extracts the juices and fibers from the cooked piñas.
The resulting mosto ferments with agave fibers before the tequila is distilled twice in copper pot stills. This additive-free blanco is bottled at 42% ABV (84 proof).
