Tasting Notes
"This Gin serves up the usual London Dry meat and potatoes but with some added flora. Aromas of juniper, bitter lemon, hibiscus, and rosemary. A thick cut of juniper on your plate, with green peppercorns, dry spicy coriander, bitter green herbs, and black licorice for dessert. The dry spices linger until the end. This calls for a Vesper."
