It is crafted with a mash bill of 17% Yellow Corn, 63% Rye & 20% Malted Barley; that is aged for 4 years in new American white oak barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of green honey dew melon, cinnamon, nutmeg & toffee; while a complex life adds notes of burnt sugar, charred oak, roasted almonds, baked apples & figs; that led to a long & herbal death with notes of celery, mint, sage & rose water.
