Tasting Notes
"This quite unusual and tasty bourbon exhibits orchard fruit notes of fresh golden apples, pears, peaches, cinnamon, clove, and a classic hint of bourbony leather. The palate gets a bit tangier, with tart apple, mango, and papaya mixing with subtle flavors of roasted peanuts, maple syrup, and toasty spice. The overall effect is a bourbon with an unexpected freshness — without tasting too young and green — and almost dewy consistency that lingers pleasantly on the tongue, matching the tanginess and spice. "
