Tasting Notes
"The tequila has a moderately strong aroma to it with oak, vanilla, and a touch of earthy notes. Further nosings bring out fresh green herbs. As you taste, the tequila feels light on the palate with a peppery finish and medium tannic roughness. Gentle flavors of cinnamon and vanilla are here along with a light agave herbaceousness. It has a medium short finish and a warming feeling in the chest. The flavors you're left with fall on bitter side with a touch of vanilla sweetness. Would like to see the agave flavors shine a bit brighter here, but would drink on the rocks or in a mixed drink."
