Tasting Notes
"Smells of big dusty oak, and vanilla-custard greet you as you bring this tequila to your nose. Baked green apple dusted with cinnamon, salted caramel, and rich roasted agave round out the aroma. The flavors are both sweet and spicy with caramel and vanilla flavors mingling with a cacophony of baking spices. Cooked orchard fruit, and crème brûlée with hints of spicy Mexican dark chocolate are also present. This would make a nightcap with just enough heat and balance to keep it interesting as the evening is winding down."
