Tasting Notes
"Aromas of cooked rye grain, fennel seed, spearmint, cinnamon, clove, and toasted oak fill the nose. The palate is full and spicy, with rich flavors of ginger snaps, roasted green tea (Hojicha), walnut, and green apple. The finish is long and weighty with spicy-sweet heat. "
