Tasting Notes
"The nose and flavor profile are a measured balance of sweet and spicy, with a hint of roasted nuts, and charred oak. The palate is especially nutty and jammy, with zesty, warm spices — cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, allspice, black pepper — adding to the mix along with charred oak. A note of caraway-seeded rye bread flavor dips in toward the finish, which is has a far less detectable flash of heat than the proof would suggest. "
