Nose: Soft yet rich creamy-sweet milk, yellow and green apples, floral (lavender and lilac), lime peel, pine tree and hint of mint, light candied orange, subtle popsicle stick woodiness, black tea with lemon, fresh rye grain and bread notes, hint of caramel, anice seed, school glue, dates, rye spice, chilli pepper flakes, rye vegetal notes, vanilla, molasses, chocolate milk malt powder, sweet woodiness Palate: Dry, subtle vanilla, caramel, hint of toffee, caramel coated ripe red apple, barrel tannins, oak/rye/pepper spice, peaches and cream, hint of ripe cherry, light honey, hint of dark cocoa and mocha, hint of powdered sugar Finish: Lots of rye bread, medley of ripe apples, old and fruity oak, barrel tannins, hint of vanilla
