"Taking in the aroma of Central Standard's Bourbon, one is hit with a blast of young whiskey. The grain comes through strongly on the palate, particularly the spiciness of the rye. It's precise is age is unknown -- it's less than two years -- and although the short time in oak provides some necessary vanilla sweetness, it's not yet enough to tame this whiskey."
