Chattanooga Whiskey 91

Smooth and good. Doughy finish.

Really nice corn and spice on the nose. The palate is a bit too maple syrupy for me to drink neat, though. I like bourbons on the sweeter side, but this has so much brown sugar and caramel it is a bit overwhelming. This was gifted by my brother who lives in Chattanooga. This will probably be great as a mixer, but not my go-to nightcap.
