Chattanooga Whiskey 91

Batch number 21L15R.Tried neat. On the nares I get brown sugar, caramel, tea, grain, and sweet floral notes. On the palate I initially get cinnamon candy with notes of wood, apricot, and brown sugar. It def has a hot finish but it’s a good kick in the throat.. or should I say hug!?

One of my go to drinks.

Classic bourbon but fairly complex. Oak, char, barley, tea, orange peel, brown sugar, apple pie, barrel spice and apricot. On the palate cinnamon, caramel, oak, and black pepper.

This is the second Chattanooga Whiskey I've purchased and like the Cask 111, this one is outstanding. Very sweet nose with lots of vanilla - think old fashioned banana pudding. The flavor is caramel sweet with vanilla spice and just a hint of orange. Hardly any alcohol burn and a very woody, spicy finish. I love it! I'll definitely keep a bottle of this around all the time.

Very light nose with vanilla and hint of spice. Brown sugar predominant on the taste. Warm finish. Good stuff.
