Chattanooga Whiskey 99 Rye made from a four-grain mash bill with over 60% of the recipe containing malted rye which is slow-toasted and drum roasted. After a seven day fermentation, it is distilled and aged for at least 3 years in 53-gallon charred oak barrels. Each batch is made from 6-10 barrels. The whiskey is bottled at 99 proof and available beginning July 2020.
